Homeopathy Online is a service which was created to help a larger number of people to achieve better physical and mental health, with the help of homeopathy, through online treatment.
Ideally, a homeopath would like to see a patient face-to-face. However, sometimes this is very difficult or even impossible. This may be because you live in a rural area or a small town, or perhaps you have already tried your local homeopath and simply weren’t happy with the treatment. Modern technology and the internet have given you another chance to improve your health!
Sometimes official orthodox medicine cannot supply satisfying medical treatment to the population at acceptable standards. Mainly it is because physical methods of treatment such surgery and chemical drugs that have strong side effects combined do not take account of the fact that the human body should be treated holistically taking in consideration not only physical diseases, but also mental and emotional states. This is where homeopathy finds its strength. The target of homeopathic treatment is to cure and a homeopath will consider that treating emotional states such as trauma, grief and anxiety is as important as treating pain or injuries.
Homeopathic treatment can help with diseases such as asthma, arthritis, allergies, bronchitis, head-aches, osteoporosis, obesity, thyroid problems, skin diseases, tooth-ache, detoxification, digestion problems, IBS, ME, MS, varicose veins, cysts, fibroids, painful periods, lymphatic congestion, colds, flu, tonsillitis and many, many others.
Please also check the alphabetical list of the conditions homeopathy can treat although, this is not a full list of all the health problems where homeopathic treatment can be helpful. If you are unsure about whether your condition can be treated, please contact me.
The average age of the population in the developed countries is steadily increasing.
In order to have an enjoyable life when you are old, it is very
important to prevent the diseases of old age. With age all
body systems become less and less efficient. The speed of the
aging depends upon genetic factors, habits and lifestyle of the individual.
It sounds strange – we live longer, but age prematurely, so we live
longer and we are ill longer. It happens because from one side
modern technologies and medical achievements prolong our lives,
and indeed some drugs can be life savers, from the other side old
people are more vulnerable and easily influenced by environmental
pollution, stress, electromagnetic fields including mobile phones
and computers, radiation and the side effects of chemical drugs which an ageing body cannot metabolize effectively, – all these negative factors make us ill. That’s why it is vitally important to do everything possible to keep healthy and in good condition for as long as possible.
You don’t need to be ill or old – to use homeopathy. With
homeopathic treatment you will not be able to avoid old age but
you will have a real chance to be healthy in your old age.
Homeopathy can help you to
- avoid confusion, dizziness, depression
- prevent anemia and osteoporosis
- ensure joint mobility
- maintain balance
- reduce risk of a stroke and heart attack
- keep away senility.
You can expect from the homeopathic treatment to
- improve the immunity system
- help with drainage of toxins
- activate metabolism
- increase energy
- regulate cell oxygenation.
Iridology is the study of the Iris of the eye, (the coloured sector), to determine information about genetic strengths and weaknesses, levels of inflammation and toxaemia, efficiency of the eliminative systems and organs, and the causes of symptoms and disease.
Iridology is a universal language common to all living beings. The Iris, which is connected to the brain via the hypothalamus, acts like a control panel, giving readouts on conditions in various parts of the body. The iris was part of the brain in the embryonic stages of development in the womb, and extends out from the brain on the Iris Stalk. Thousands of nerve endings make up the Iris.
Iridology helps the patients learn about their strengths and weaknesses and become more personally aware of what they can do to help themselves. This knowledge is not to be feared but welcomed. “Man Know Thyself” is an important step towards health.
Iridology monitors the movement towards disease and towards health. As the bodily tissues become less inflamed or congested, the iris registers the treatment response and the healing process.
Iridology is a diagnostic science, it is a safe, non-invasive and inexpensive method of analysis and can be integrated with both orthodox and complementary medicine. Medical research in Russia and Germany in particular, including autopsy and surgical corroboration to correlate findings, has established greater acceptance of Iridology. It is part of the curriculum at the Bodily Faculty of Medicine at the University of Paris Nord.
Iridoanalyses can be done for free as a part of a consultation, to learn about the potential weaknesses of the body.
I put together fourteen golden rules for optimum nutrition, which are medically proven. You will have the full list of these rules when you have homeopathic face to face or online consultation with me.
Now I would like to introduce you to the first two rules.
To learn more about healthy diet and to get your individual weight loss plan, you could have separate weight loss consultation with me.
1. Eat and drink simple food and beverages
What is simple food? It is anything created by Mother Nature, / and not by a human being/ – vegetables, fruit, berries, mushrooms, honey, herbal teas, milk, fish, meat, eggs, water, natural home-made juices.
Things like bread, pasta, sauces, mayonnaise, sweets, chocolate, jams and sausages are made by man and they are much more difficult to digest.
Try to avoid refined, canned or processed food.
White sugar and salt should be strictly limited if you cannot live without these products. White sugar should be replaced by natural organic brown sugar or honey, and refined salt replaced by raw sea salt.
2. Acid and alkaline balance
Medical physiologists consider that for optimum health, a body has to be slightly alkaline.
pH is a standard term used in chemistry to indicate the level of acidity or alkalinity. The pH scale goes from 1 to 14 with 7 as neutral. Anything below 7 would be acid and anything above 7 is alkaline.
To understand what pH balance is you need to understand that cells in the human body are alkaline and must maintain constant alkalinity. Each alkaline cell performs its task of respiration to produce energy. During the process it produces metabolic wastes, which are acidic. These acidic waste products must not build up. The body naturally has the ability to neutralise and detoxify these acids before they start to act as poisons.
The alkaline cells are little bundles of enzymes, each of which is involved in different and very important biological reactions. These reactions are responsible for growth and repairs which are taking place in cells but only if the environment of the cell is right. The enzymes in a cell only work properly in a very narrow pH range, so the fluid in the cell should be neutral or very slightly alkaline. If the cellular environment is wrong, usually acidic, the enzymes cannot work properly and we feel ill, age quickly and look gloomy – dull with a grey face and wrinkles.
The important question is what makes us ill and acidic? Modern life does! Especially if you are fond of the normal western diet – bread, meat, alcohol, milk, tea, coffee.
The ideal pH for human tissue is between 7.35 – 7.45, which is slightly alkaline. That’s why you should eat 75 – 80% of alkaline forming food such as vegetables and fruit, and 20 – 25% of acid forming food such as meat, fish, bread, milk, tea and coffee.
